Lseat time

The old upholstery was cracked and tearing so it was time. I went with a dark navy with silver centers. They are very well made and should last years. I wish the blue was darker. I guess I could dye brand new covers. I will post updates. I have done this on a vette before and it is a job. My hands will be sore. Steam helps smooth things out.

I think you'll find these seats really easy to R/R. I used small wire ties instead of hog rings and had no issues.

It all went well. There are built in hooks in the seat bottom. There are clips on the seat back and a channel for the back side. I rubber hammer helped that cooperate. Getting the front seat bottom was the hardest part for me. It was tight. It took four man hands. There are a few wrinkles but some direct sun should help. I had the nasty white stuff on the back plastic. Steam helped get that off as well as Simple Green. These are well worth the money and they feel great.
