Since mine is a "sunny day-summer driver" I really don't care enough to solve the issue. IF I see a piece caught behind the louvers, I just pull it out with a pair of tweezers. Hey it's a 25 year old car....and that's the ONLY issue I have, so I'm good with that once in a while "fix"....lol. __________________ 98' Boxster
