99 986 noises and leaks, please help?

Hi all, I have a ‘99 base 986 with 37k miles and there are two things I’m concerned about at the moment:
My boxster has been doing this thing where it squeals immediately following startup. At first it was every once in a while now it’s almost every startup. Any ideas?
I noticed a fluid leak drip coming from the passenger side under the intake/vent, pictured below. It looks clear and is unscented, could this be related to the startup squealing? That puddle was after 9 hours in the parking spot.
Thank you!
Aaron

Your water pump is probably dying and causing both problems. DO NOT IGNORE THIS PROBLEM, when the pump totally craps out, you can easily overheat and permanently damage the engine.
