That's a bummer. A decent motor with around 100k still runs around 4k. Bunch of them on eBay right now. By the time you are done updating and replacing components you likely have a7-8k bill if you are not doing it your self.

Btw, what were your symptoms before, if any that would indicate your motor is going?

Loud pop, smoke flew, and total loss of power.
