Your budget is realistic

Last year I spent $3500 on a full suspension refresh. I used Meyle and TRW parts.
I went over the top using a Bilstein kit that included Eibach lowering springs and upgraded shocks. If you stay stock on the strut parts you can stay in budget.

I refreshed all the strut components and used all porsche hardware. On jackstands in my garage. Buy a spring compressor.

If a 68 year old man can do this you can too.
