IF you want to keep it and just make it darker you could try a good leather shop to re-dye it. In the corporate jets I fly we have a company that comes to us and repairs, and re-dyes the leather in the planes (seats, wall panels, arm rests etc.)......makes them look like new again!

Just a thought.

I have an interior repair guy it was a thought. I tore the alcantera cover off it just looked junky. Just gonna wait for the carbon one to come in
