I actually forgot to mention, I was rear ended 2 weeks ago, right before Halloween.
I was stopped, waiting to make a right turn, yes, I was taking my time, but there was a lot of traffic, and I didn't want to go full speed just to merge into traffic. So I'm there waiting patiently, when this guy starts laying on the horn. I waved at him, acknowledging him, but he keeps on beeping, not a mini-courtesy beep, but a long drawn out, BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEP, this triggers me, I get out of my car and dramatically put my hand up to my ear, as if I were hard of hearing. Then I ask him what he'd like me to do, when there is traffic and I can't enter the road safely. He's yelling at me with his window down, and starts to move forward, "he's not stopping, I'm thinking", he proceeds forward right into my rear bumper, ramming my car. I couldn't believe it, he RAMMED my car, what a jerk. I flipped! He stayed in his car, while I called the police.
The thing is, he denied that he hit me, he said I backed into him. Hah, I was out of the car. Also, the police officer didn't even cite him, HE RAMMED MY CAR, using his vehicle as a weapon, yes, he wasn't going more than a 5 year old on a tricycle, but he still used his car to conduct damage...
That I don't understand
