2003 Boxster Passenger Side Window Issue

Hello! I'm a new Porsche owner and new to the forum. I have the common issue of the window on the passenger side not automatically coming down slightly to clear the top. The micro switches on the inside and outside handles seem to be working as it does move, just not enough, so I assume its cable adjustment. My question is what type of sealant should you use to seal up the foam membrane when you put everything back together?

If you are careful when you remove the foam you should be able to put it back easy enough.
