My '01 Boxster sat in my driveway for two years during the height of the pandemic. I finally got offf my ass and decided to get it going again.Drained the old gas and oil, changed the plugs, replaced the tires, replaced the starter motor- the issue that initially sidelined the Boxster. The car starts up and runs beautifully. The big unsolved issue is resetting the monitors. Four show ready, four do not. I'm aware of the process to reset them but I'm in San Diego- so driving for the times indicated for the reset will be impossible with all the lights and stop signs in any path I choose. Also driving between 40 and 60 on the freeway seems risky and certain to get a stop. Somewhere I read a post that claimed to have done it by just using the engine in neutral and maintaining the rpm's in the correct range. Anybody tried it successfully? finally, can anyone with SanDiego experience suggest a route to try resetting the monitors
