Anyone traded up from a 986 to a 996?

Goldenyearz, dood, I've read through your posts here and I'm sure of exactly two things:
1) I'm confused as hell.
2) you're kinda being rude to some respondents.

Reading all of this, it seems you've made up your mind what you intend to do, and now you're looking for validation.

But, and lean in really close here, as i tell you the secret; you're asking the wrong forum.

If you want to feel validated for ditching the 986 in favor of a 996, then go tell the 996 guys all about it. They're all really quick to assume that us 986 guys simply can't afford their gas; even when we're passing them at the racetrack. It hasn't occurred to them that the 986 is both the superior value AND and superior CAR. But they'll validate your feelings and tell you everything you want to hear.
