Adding rear speakers to a 2003 with cdr-23

So I've managed to pick up a rear storage cubby with speakers but am not sure exactly how to wire them to the stereo, I know people have swapped the brown plug in the back but I don't know where to find one of those, if any of ya'll have any advice or tips , I greatly appreciate it, thanks! (Also the car only has base speakers, no door speakers)

My 2003 S also came with only dash speakers and the CDR 23 radio. No amp, no door or rear speakers. I bought the dealer kit around 2006 and installed it myself following the instructions in this Pelican Parts how-to article. The article has been updated and now says the kit is no longer available but the separate parts are and it lists them with the part numbers, including one for the wiring harness. I remember when I did it, the kit came with two plugs, one for cars with an amp and one for cars without an amp. I hooked something up to the plug for cars with amps by accident and it took me a long time to find out who made the internal connector pins/clips and buy a replacement one to fix my mistake! So don't do that! Good luck, maybe with the part number you can find a used harness, hope this is helpful.
