It all depends man...am I scarfing down a "Royale with Cheese?" If so, I drive with my knees.

Is my wife in the right seat? If so I drive with my left so that if we have to stop really quickly I can put my hand out and grab a handful of...yep.

Do I have my trucker hat on running away from smokey? I am at 10 and 2.

Am I flipping off ANOTHER left lane sleeper? Definitely right hand becasue I think my middle finger is longer on the left. Or so I have been told....WAAAHHHSAAABEEEE

lWith one hand on the wheel I drive with left. Right arm on armrest.. Usually with both hands in the 10 and 2 postiion.
