blue62 Registered User Join Date: Aug 2018 Location: Woodland Wa Posts: 1,309	Not positive but I think the chain guide material is brown or a tannish color. Those particles look to be the color of the seals in the Variocam plungers. Do a search here on the forum. There are a few threads on those types of particles found in oil filters.
