Best way is to use the Airlift system and pull a vacuum, as long as the tool is above the coolant level in the tank, and you raise the vacuum slowly, no coolant will be lost, just the air.

+ 2 or 3. I can't imagine X/O coolant, water pump, hoses without the Airlift. It is simple, fast and done. No bleeding, burping, car at an angle, worries.
