The new '07s have tilt and telescoping wheels. I'm only 6' and I have a lot of room to spare.

For legroom you can remove the tray under the steering column where the service book id and also remove the console if you want more width for your knees. If you're test driving remember the steering wheel telescopes (although it doeasn't tilt) which can help accomodate your knees if needed.
