@Topless,
Will the typical charger/maintainer like Noco work for ECU flash? It seems that car need to have a constant 13.8 for flashing.

I have never done it and have no idea. What does your software vendor say? I would probably keep the battery connected and use the maintainer at the same time. Don't guess, follow the instructions from your software vendor.

Yes. The float charger I use is not much different from what you're looking at.

You don't get to sue me if you ball anything up. Haha
