$5,500 is high for that mileage.
I’d say more in the $3,500-4,000 range.
I sold a 99 with 176,000 miles for a bad auto tranny but the motor was still healthy.
I drove a 97 once with 225,000 miles on it and it ran and drove strong.
There is a video out there of a guy who bought a cheap 1999 911 with 243,000 miles on it and took it on a cross country trip with no issues (but he blew the motor on the track 5,000 miles later)
So they can go the distance, but it’s not guaranteed, and you’re pushing it when you’re teasing 200,000 miles on them.
Maintenance will be expensive until you get everything worked out that is worn or neglected on it.
Typically a rebuilt or replacement motor when it’s needed will be 5,000-8,000 bucks.
