Have you identified what kind of oil it is? Motor oil, tranny fluid, PS fluid? Also, have you driven it during these days that you were monitoring it? Some leaks don't manifest themselves unless the car is driven.

Mine has a small axle seal leak. It only makes occasional stain on the garage floor, and only after driven a bit hard. But mine has 92K miles, I can't imagine an axle seal going bad after 37k miles. But it's worth checking anyway.
