I don't remember off the top of my head, but the owners manual mentions 19mm (I think) spacers on the rear wheels as a factory option, and I have seen these Porsche spacers for sale. This led me to think that while that spacers do change suspension geometry (and hence wear), they were factored into the design at least somewhat when the cars were put together. I've got 15 up front and 25s on rear and they're been there for 4 years / 20k miles without issue.

Thanks for mentioning that. I noticed that a website was selling Porsche Branded Spacers for Boxsters, but they were sold out and back ordered. So the engineers must have considered these ti be deemed ok.
