Same for me: I work from home and I can do that anywhere. Now that she’s put in a few years as an NP, she can pretty much have employers cater to her. This job will be at a primary care clinic, which is what she wanted from the start, but had a hard time since she didn’t have much experience as an NP (though she’s been in healthcare for 20 years).

Better pay, student loan forgiveness and scenery! We’re pretty excited!
