I'm not too familiar with the Edge.
For your budget of $25K you would be looking for a 200 series from 2008 to maybe 2011 or 12 at the most. Also look at the LX570 which is basically the same car except for the suspension and some amenities. The 200 series is still in production. Toyota doesn't change the Land Cruiser very often.
