Coolant dipstick

When did Porsche stop making coolant tank with dipstick? Mine is 1999 with 82k and has no dipstick. Thanks

Huh.... I've literally NEVER heard of a coolant dipstick....

It was phased out about the same time that exhaust belts and blinker fluid were.

They are still making muffler bearings though right ?

Boy, I sure hope so! Mine started making noises last week, and I need to get them replaced!

I'm pretty sure Porsche only used the coolant dipstick on the earlier air cooled models.

Coolant tank dipstick

Thanks for your reply. I’m also from Oklahoma (Tulsa , Muskogee area)now from Georgia.Nice to get a sensible answer.
