A bad clutch can destroy your synchros. If the clutch isn't disengaging properly the synchros have to work incredibly hard.

Of course it could also be a driver who doesn't depress the clutch pedal enough to completely open the clutch!

True, but I’ve been driving with a clutch for years and know what not depressing it fully can do.

After speaking with the shop this evening they’re in the process of flushing and refilling the fluid with the Porsche approved fluid. They found an incorrect fluid in there and are testing the theory that this is the problem. It’ll be done tomorrow for them to test and see.

*UPDATE* the shop had my car for the week and did the flush and fill on the transmission fluid using the Porsche approved fluid. They said they found an odd blue fluid in there that wasn't the correct viscosity and wasn't allowing the gears to spin correctly. After road testing it multiple times their diagnosis is that the new fluid helped the shifter feel, but that it's in need of a new transmission. Not at all what I wanted to hear so now I'm contemplating my next steps.
