Ok - just got back from Monterey so now I can get back onto the stickers.
The round ones will be 2" and I may do some 3".
Rectangles will be 2.5" wide.
I want to have them printed on vinyl so they will be weather proof.
Also may look into vinyl static stick window stickers.

Yes please to both, nothing worse that putting a sticker on your car, not realizing it is a paper sticker, and it falls apart...
