It's a very easy swap tp do, really. Ot's right on top of the engine on the drivers side (USA) and has easy access. The engine uses an oil to water heat-exchanger not like you are thinking, and air to oil radiator.

S cooler on the left.



Here is is right on top of the engine.



I hope this helps you understand what is involved. You will have to drain down the cooling system a bit to make the swap and then refill abnd bleed.

Thanks folks

Yeah, thought the middle opening in the front was the oil cooler. Kinda dumb after thinking about it. But is the S oil cooler just a swap?

Any down side to a low temp thermostat?
