I replaced the original plastic window top on my '00 986S with the glass window option. Everything looks good except there's slack on the right rear. It looks to be a bit misaligned to me. The clamshell needs a little help closing on the right side with the top closed. I'm waiting a week before opening the top, per the instructions, so I haven't attempted to open it yet. Any ideas as to what's going on here? Is this an alignment issue? Can it be adjusted?
