SRS light on

Took driver's seat out and started the car and now SRS light is on. Want to know if anyone in ATL area could turn off for me at a minimal charge if any?

You tripped the air bag system when you removed the seat. You need a Porsche specific scan tool to reset it.

If you have a good relationship with a Porsche indie, they may reset it for you gratis. Only takes a minute or so.

Just sayin'.............

There are several inexpensive scan tools that can reset the airbag light as well.

Durametric is just not in the budget. Not looking to by scan tool unfortunately at this time.

look on Amazing for the Autel MD 802 or 805 scan tool, its about $200 and can reset the light. Works on lots of different cars, not just the P-cars.
