Hi 986 forum members, nice to be joining you! I have a 2011 Boxster base, red/black, 6MT. This little Porsche pastes a smile on my face every time I drive it. To me it seems like the new 718 hasn't caught on yet. Sales are down compared to 981 last year.

I was wondering if reduced 2017 718 Boxster sales translated into increased value for previous years. I did a web search and found that "Car Gurus" has a price tracker. It seems there may be a trend, but could be seasonality so perhaps too early to tell.

In my web search I also came across this thread. I joined the forum so I could share the link with you good folks!

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer, top down and smiling all the way!

Cheers, John
