Here's a crappy work-in-progress pic. I still have to attach the sub but I'm still busy working under the dash so that will have to wait. I also need to trim the vent (the one sitting on the passenger seat) to finish off that top part of the sub where the exposed plastic is.

There's a bunch of subs on Ebay, and as usual for Ebay Porsche parts prices are all over the place. Find the cheapest sub and ask other sellers to match it. I got my sub for $122 shipped after I showed the seller another one for $100, but the one I bought was in better shape and in the right color. The vents are usually sold separately (search for Cayman console vent" as most sellers don't associate it with the subwoofer). I got mine for $25 shipped.
