A couple of months ago I replaced my clutch (and the rear main seal) and decided to leave the flywheel alone, and after two weeks with a chattering clutch I removed again the transmission and replaced the flywheel, now it's smooth as silk again...

IMHO, replace the flywheel so you don't have to do it again
