You may need to reteach the car brain for the windows. Run the the windows down (one at a time) and hold the button when it is at the bottom of travel and hold it for 5 seconds. Then run it up to the top and hold it for 5 seconds. The windows are supposed to drop +/- 0.5" when you pull on a door handle. This drops the window enough to open the door without pulling on the seals. If your windows don't drop, with all four handles, you may have a micro switch problem and or regulator problems. The regulators are a known issue with these cars. I have replaced both of mine and I would recommend only using the factory replacements. Don't ask me how I know.
