Try the microswitch where the top latches for the window problem, press it in with your finger and then push up on the window and see if that works.

There are a couple reasons the temp light flashes, do a search for info. Check the coolant level in the expansion tank, it is probably low. Look for steam condensation above the cap, could indicate a bad cap or bypass valve. What color is the expansion tank? If nice white good, but if it is yellow like old parchment then could be leaking, check trunk under the lining. Lastly look under the car for white coolant residue, especially the water pump. Good Luck.

You may need to reteach the car brain for the windows. Run the the windows down (one at a time) and hold the button when it is at the bottom of travel and hold it for 5 seconds. Then run it up to the top and hold it for 5 seconds. The windows are supposed to drop +/- 0.5" when you pull on a door handle. This drops the window enough to open the door without pulling on the seals. If your windows don't drop, with all four handles, you may have a micro switch problem and or regulator problems. The regulators are a known issue with these cars. I have replaced both of mine and I would recommend only using the factory replacements. Don't ask me how I know.

Blinking temp light could mean a cross threaded coolant cap. Also make sure it is the latest coolant cap ending in a '4'.
