Leak and noise help
I have a clanging noise coming from the rear. I put the car up on ramps and looked underneath to find a bad leak. What fluid is it? Where is it coming from? it sesms the noise is internal. You can hear it in the video Is that tranny fluid? Thoughts/opinions. Thanks in advance

That looks like engine coolant. Can't say where it's coming from. You'll likely need to clean/dry it up, crawl under with a flashlight (with goggles) and pinpoint the source. Likely a hose or seal.

Most likely you are losing your water pump. Do not drive the car, it the pump fails completely, it could cost you your engine as well.

Could be the sounds of the water pump's empeller that is broken and rattling around.

Sounds like it's the water pump... either impeller blades striking the block from a failed bearing, or broken blades bouncing around in there...
1. FIRST, DO NOT run the engine again until you replace it.
2. While replacing the pump, check the aluminum block for impeller damage.
3. Make sure you can account for all the impeller blades. If any are missing, they could be lodged in the coolant passages in the heads, restricting flow, and causing a hot spot. That could result in a cracked head.
4. Replace the pump with an OEM pump. Pierburg = factory Porsche (feel free to pay more for one in a Porsche box if you really want to spend money).
5. Do not use a pump that has metal impeller blades.

Part is $350 from local Porsche Dealer. Pierburg is $244. From Rockauto the Hella, which says Pierburg in the description is much cheaper. I think $190. Wondering if that's really a Pierburg.
I am assuming I should do the thermostat as well. Any advice there?

Hella water pumps are German made if interested....They are excellent pumps. Ain't cheap!

Yeah just looked again. It's only $190. But says Pierburg OE Quality. So it's not a Pierburg.

If you are (very) lucky, the broken bit could be lodged in the thermostat housing. If its not there, it could be anywhere in the cooling system - just hope that its not lodged in one of the cylinder head waterways......
You can try back flushing, but people have had mixed results - try using the search function for broken impellers.
