thstone Certified Boxster Addict Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: Los Angeles Posts: 7,669	Depends on whether your car is a manual transmission or Tiptronic. If manual trans, then the -01 was only fitted from 97-99 and replaced with -02 from 00-04. If tiptronic, could be any year from 97-04. Beyond this, there is no way that I know to determine the actual manufacturing date from the info in the image provided.
