jim_hoyland Registered User Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Sunset Beach, CA Posts: 305	Battery and Radio Question... For the past several years I got static whenever I turned on AM radio stations; some came through but for the most part it was not pretty. Last week I have a dead battery; went to Autozone and replaced my 4 year old Duralast with a new Duralast AGL. Static is gone in the AM band ????? What might the explanation be ?
