Glad to hear that you have your car back and driving again.
Is it possible for you to have a passenger record some video of your transmission issue, then upload it to YouTube or another site we can view it from? -Describe what you think the problem is, while it is being recorded.
It is difficult to determine if there is a problem based on your description alone.

A bad (worn) engine or transmission mounts could also cause the shaking or vibration problems you are experiencing..

Possibly a new filter and ATF for the transmission....could be that simple. The Engine Mount is not a hard fix and should be done if it is the original
