It's funny how you guys in warm weather climates blather on and on about dealing with temperatures below 40F and a little snow (OK, -10F or 12" of snow is inconvenient and uncomfortable, sometimes even painful) but honestly, forest fires, mudslides, hurricanes, drought, and earthquakes make a little cold and a blizzard seem like child's play. You can keep your extreme weather, I'll take a good old, enjoyable midwest winter any time and then when April rolls around the top goes down and makes the sweetness of Spring that much more enjoyable.
