I think this one is different from the kit that has been posted before. Anyway, that's hideous!

It's one thing to supe up a Fiero or something and tossing a kit on it, but the Boxster is a fine car as it is! No need to make it a poser GT. I am unbelievably curious as to the personality types that actually buy this!?!

$125k for the BIN... That would require some one to have a thought process like this...
"I could get a GT3 brand new, maybe a used 911 Turbo... but this psuedo-Carrera GT looks like the way to go!"

If I were in the market for a brand new Boxster, and this car was 10k cheaper, I STILL WOULDN'T CONSIDER IT!

Wow, I'm getting angry.

I think the most disturbing aspect was reading this...

"The original boxster was completely dissassembled and stretched 12 inches so it would have the same wheel base as an orignal Carrera GT."

That can't be good...

Why in the WORLD would they do such a project without an order?? They will NEVER sell it for anything more than what the car cost new, and if they sell it for that, they would be lucky. I say 35k and someone will take it home.

It's a total disaster.

Why spend 300k on the real thing, with a V10 motor and the most advanced engineering that Porsche has to offer when you can get a 2.7l V6 version with a huge piece of fiberglass riding on an artificially stretched wheelbase??
