Thankfully, a kind forum member directed me to the right place, and the problem was solved.

The people on this forum really are the ones who make coming here enjoyable. The information that is exchanged is priceless no matter where the posts are put and who puts them there. If someone feels this is not the appropriate place to ask for help, so be it, but you can't make someone feel like they don't belong because of where a post is placed.
