One of the warnings I've seen is around the top and rear window, especially if it's a plastic one. You want to make sure the temp is high enough so that when you raise/lower the roof, you won't damage it. Warmth makes it more pliable, where as the cold will stress it.
Always good after a long hibernation to drive the heck out of it - burn off that old gas and get some fresh stuff in there.
