I can't wait until the Spring!!

I have been putting in a little work on my 2001 Boxster over the winter months...and every once in a while we get a nice day where I can wash the BlackBox and drop the top. I used to have a 1998 convertible Jaguar XK8 but it was no where close to being as fun as my Boxster. I have a few more projects before Spring and then I ROLLIN' OUT!!

Up Next:
Painting brake calipers red
Refurbishing the leather seats and dying carpet
Upgrading the entire sound system
MAYBE an areo kit and upgraded exhaust
Fresh paint job (repair minor dings in hood)

Can't wait either. I've only driven my boxster 40-50km since I bought it in october! Will be doing some similar work to you as well. Bought some test pipes and leatherique to get the seats looking mint but I'm waiting for some warm weather. Nice box

Put it on a truck and bring it out here to California... It's been 80 degrees the past few days and it's suppose stay that way for the rest of the week.

I covered mine, plugged in the CTEK battery charger, and didn't drive it during December or January. But I've gotten it out the last 3 days. The roads are clear, it's getting up into the low 40°s, and it hasn't snowed in a week. I love the hardtop in winter!

Those are some nicely shot photos.

Great reflections and shine.

Nothing like freshly polished Black Boxster.

I'll be driving home from work this evening with the Top Down.
Its in the 80's today.

Cheers to all of my SoCAL friends out there...you guys have it made. I'm moving to So FL in a few years so you won't hear me complaining about weather, I'll keep my Porsche and trade the Maserati QP for a convertible Gran Turismo

Beautiful car!
We've had a mild winter so far with 70s scattered in. Spent about 1/3rd of the winter so far with the top down.
