The Boxster and Cayman both share about 30 percent of their parts with the Carrera. The Cayman rolls on the boxster's suspension, floorpan, etc. The only thing on the Cayman that is more "Carrera-ish" than the Boxster is the engine. With all that in mind, I'm not sure I understand your statement that the Cayman shares more parts with the Carrera than it does with the Boxster.
