Yep, as mentioned, that car has been repaired with non2003 parts.
For that kind of money, find one without a branded title.
Saving a few bucks now isn't really saving money if you can't sell it down the road. Ask anyone who has ever tried to sell or trade a branded vehicle, myself included.
