Hi everyone, I'm in the market for a 987 and I'm wondering about the how does one go about having the IMS checked? Is it even possible? Would the engine make any sound that would give some warning if the ims is worn? I had 1988 Carrerra and moved up to a 1997 Carrera and had to sell it for a house purchase. I have been Porscheless for nine months and I'm dying to get another sports car. __________________ Howard Rockville, MD
