navair Registered User Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: San Diego Posts: 162	I have a 2012 DSG GTI, and it's a laugh riot! I particularly love the DSG, especially in sport mode. I have to admit I was as fast at our local autocross in VW as my '02 Boxster S, leaving it in sport mode with launch control. Paddle shifting just got both of us all confused... I will say it has been through THREE water pumps, all under warranty (I'm at 56K now). VW has been through 2-3 design or vendor updates. I won't own it out of warranty, though.
