Regarding the mods, shortly after getting the Boxster I got the 101 Projects book, and I was set to do every possible mod I could from the book. OBC, Cruise control, the Xenon retrofit where you use an adapter to shine the HID bulb through the standard Halo projector, etc... It fizzled out pretty quick but I did get a few mods in there. Now I like to think that my mods are for "performance" only, but then I still add new PCA stickers etc to the windshield

I don't know what you guys are referring to (and don't really care) but if this was one of the other forums I frequent, there would be dozens of women posting that you were probably being talking about them. Women tend to be self-centered like that.

I thought men were supposed to be drama-free . . . ?

Some men feel the need to measure their "unit" against anyone who claims to have one. "Unit" can refer to many things, including paycheck, bank account balance, car mods, or even body parts.

I promise you, many men have no such desire and are comfortable with what they have, and don't feel the need to prove anything, and could not possibly care less what the other guy claims on the Internet. Some of us were even from the last era to consider discussion of income and finances just plain undignified and trashy.
