Nice! You give a new meaning to 'wasting no time'. Get it done now...you won't have the time in law school .

Are you positive its an '04? This thing appears no later than a '01.

If my fingerprint sensor wasn't in that circle cutout, I would also put a mic there :O

Positive (:
The registration and title say it. It had other custom wheels but I found these on Craig's for 300. The other ones were bling bling rims.

Yeah that's why I'm doing it. I start September so I want to fully mod the car in less than two weeks so I can drive to the Porsche Experience Center and stay there a week and come back to start.

Fingerprint sensor? To start the car??

Thats awesome. I used to be in that exact situation every summer before going back to school. now a MS degree has led to a big boy job and no more summers.

The fingerprint sensor indeed starts the car. It also:

1) decides driving modes based on which finger authenticates
2) captures failed authentications, stores the fingerprint and grabs the GPS coordinates. Currently, it stores them to a local file, but as soon as my 3g chip comes in, I will offload all information real time to my own backend server. Now I will have the position of the car, the fingerprint of an offender trying to start the car and the ability to shut it down remotely.

And that is only 10% of Autöcar. System has been in development for over two years. You have some catching up to do!

Who has time to lift? Life is short! (says the computer engineer working on a sensor system for a 15 year old car)

My apple watch tells me when I'm being flabby. (insert joke here that the older members won't understand about new technology and modding our boxsters).

On Sunday I went sport bike riding with our crew and we have a 91 year old rider that has an SV1000.

He is that age and can pick up his own sport bike if he tips it over. I swear this guy is mint.

What's his secret? A balanced life.

Eat healthy, do whatever activity you choose to stay fit and be happy.

Lifting?? Oh yeah, when I tip over my 2004 r1150rt and no one is around to help. Quite often really. 600+ pounds

NO joke, guy. Your car is pre-2003. No glove box, no cup holders, and center vents that are rounded on the top and bottom. You really should find out what model year that is to be sure you get the right parts in the future.
