I have washed my can a few times by filling up a 5 gallon water jug.

There is an active thread on here right now all about waterless car washing.....

Not my cup of tea, but others swear by it. Might be a good option for you to try.

You can get an adator to fit a garden hose to the kitchen sink, if that helps...
But the best solution might be a friend of the opposite sex with an accessible faucet. Make like Huck Finn whitewashing a fence and see if you get help, etc.
Or a friend willing to swap beer for water. The problem is, it would be embarassing to have to ask as often as most forum members seem to wash their cars.
