I was assigned an unmarked tinted out Dodge Intrepid when I was assigned to the speed enforcement unit. Nobody suspected me. I used to sit in plain view with my 4 ways on running radar and lidar. Too much fun... Something like fish in a barrel?
Does it smell like bacon to anyone else reading this thread??
Definitely some pork product.....

What you need to be watching out for is the new "stealth" marked police vehicles; you can barely even see the markings in broad daylight:

In VA they have all kinds of unmarked cop cars. Some are not even domestic. Very sneaky
THOSE GUYS are BRUTAL. And radar detectors illegal---confiscated on the spot! Talk about an un-level playing field. And the nicest, curviest, most scenic roads there to tempt us! It's just not fair...:troll:
VA is so bad, I was picking up a fugitive from NC driving down RT13 in a marked car and got pulled over for going 15 over posted! In a marked police car! No love for VA Cops from their neighbors in Delaware.

No, It would have been ugly if it went down like that. We had a very heated discussion on the side of road, he said they received many calls about the speeding Delaware cop car... I reported the incident to my admin who in turn tried to get copies of all the alleged 911 calls. They couldn't produce any. Plus I had my admin pull my mobile vision records which documented the incident and my speed prior to getting pulled. My highest speed was 70 mph in a 55 area. Since then I have ticketed one officer and several family members of officers from said agency. I told all I've ticketed they can thank said officer ( and I give his name ) for the professional courtesy they receive in Delaware. This was way back in 2004!
