People are angry, frustrated, hurt, and broken mentally and emotionally. And a few of those people express these emotions while driving.
And it usually takes two to tangle.
So true. That is why I have dash cams in all four cars and three of the kids cars. At least that way there is some solid evidence and not a "he say, she said" scenario.
